A special Ume-shu (Japanese plum sake) made out of Junmaishu infused with plums. After the first year, the plums are replaced with fresh ones and left to mature for another year. This creates a moderately sweet and balanced ume-shu, reminiscent of a desert wine. This Ume-shu won the Silver prize in the sake category at the 2018 Japanese National Plum Sake Fair.
