Description
Rather than showcasing a single vintage, this cuvée is carefully assembled from multiple tanks of Yamahida sake brewed in 2006, each matured under different conditions to create exceptional balance and complexity. The result is a beautifully layered expression where age enhances rather than dominates the character of the sake.
Notes of dried apricot, roasted nuts, caramel, and earthy umami unfold gradually across a silky palate. Rich yet remarkably elegant, it finishes with lingering savoury depth and remarkable harmony, demonstrating the artistry of blending mature sake.
