Tsuji Honten

Gozenshu 1859 Omachi Bodaimoto Junmaishu

Named after the year Omachi rice was first discovered, this sake celebrates the depth and elegance of Japan's oldest sake rice. Brewed using the traditional Bodaimoto method and soft spring water from the Asahigawa river, it balances gentle sweetness, acidity and umami. Expect flavours of ripe pear, steamed rice and a touch of earthy spice with a smooth, full-bodied finish. A versatile sake that pairs well with red meats, tuna or fresh oysters.
