Salt'n'Yuzu

A very special Yuzu (Japanese citrus fruit) sake. This Yuzu-sake is made by infusing Junmai Sake with Yuzu. The addition of a pinch of salt makes it a very refreshing drink that reminds us a little bit of a good Limoncello. If you like limoncello, this drink will definitely not disappoint. Anticipate an overwhelming refreshing burst of fruity flavors combined with umami. This sake can be enjoyed cold as an aperitif or a digestive, but is also very good for making cocktails.
