This sake has enticing aromas of raisins, apricots, milk and yogurt. Along with a beautifully balanced acidity and umami, it has a soft bitterness and minerality. It can be enjoyed both chilled or warmed and it pairs well with strongly flavoured dishes as well as creamy cheeses.
