Yukiotoko Junmaishu

A bold and dry Junmaishu from Aoki Shuzo, brewed with Miyamanishiki rice and soft snowmelt water from Niigata’s Shiozawa area. Fuller than the Honjozo, it combines rich rice umami with a crisp, refreshing finish. A classic Tanrei-Karakuchi sake with depth, structure and a clean dryness.
