Mutsu Hassen Kijoshu

A luxurious interpretation of the traditional kijoshu style, brewed by replacing part of the brewing water with sake. Rich layers of honey, dried apricot, caramel, and ripe stone fruit are balanced by vibrant acidity, preventing the sweetness from becoming heavy. Luscious yet remarkably elegant, it is equally at home with dessert, blue cheese, or enjoyed slowly on its own.
