Saika Junmai Yamahai Shikomi

Kokonoe Saika brewery is located in Wakayama prefecture, the birthplace of sushi and brews both Japanese sake and red vinegar. This special sake was created in pursuit of its compatibility with Japanese cuisine and is enjoyable to drink while eating. 

One of Kokonoe Saika brewery's aims is to make products that are accessible to everyone. This product is kosher and Vegan certified.
